Welcome to the page that showcases the things I build to pay for my art supplies and my cat’s food! For over four years I have worked full time as a craftsperson at a theatrical fabrication shop. My work has been showcased in dozens of Broadway shows including Wicked, The Lion King, Spamalot, as well as, TV shows such as SNL and Severance, and in museums such as the Metropolitan Muesum of Art and the Cooper Hewitt Smithsonian Design Museum. Here are some of my favorite puppets and props I have fabricated.
Mouth Monster Puppet for Lincoln in the Bardo at the Met Opera
Peter Pan Tour Bee Puppets
Death Becomes Her Decapitation Trick
For this magic trick prop, I used a mannequin bust and magnetic false head to make it look like the actor’s head is getting hit off with a shovel.
A Wrinkle In Time Alien Puppets
A Wrinkle In Time Morning Glory Puppets
Four Seasons “Puntable” Turkey
Beetlejuice Broadway Head Puppet
Beauty and the Beast Forks and Spoons
